Babies (those who cannot walk yet) are FREE provided they use waterproof diapers.
STRICTLY OBSERVE KUBO/GAZEBO CAPACITY AS INDICATED. ONLY THREE (3) ADDITIONAL PERSON IN EXCESS OF THE INDICATED PAX, BUT KUBO IS ALLOWED @ 100PHP PER PERSON.
Extension fee for those who exceed 5pm @ 200/hr. maximum of 2hrs extension only.
GROUPS WITH MORE THAN 5 PAX ARE REQUIRED TO AVAIL ONE OF OUR OPEN COTTAGES DEPENDING ON THEIR GROUP COUNT.
THE OPEN KUBOS AND GAZEBO ARE NOT FOR OVERNIGHT USE.

Rules and Regulations:
The use of swimming pool is not included in the day tour rentals. Additional fees may apply for swimming pool usage.
For open cottages (open kubos and gazebo) day tour is from 8am to 5pm only.
Extension time for after 5pm is php100/hr, maximum of 5hrs only
Only FIVE (5) Additional person in excess of the recommended pax is allowed per open kubo and will be charged at: Php100/person for guest 3ft and above and Php80/person for guest 3ft and below as their entrance fee. If you have more than 5 additional pax you are required to avail of an additional open cottage good for 6.
Overnight use for sleeping at our open cottages is not allowed. It is only allowed if you have booked a room with us and/or no other rooms are available to accommodate your excess pax.
Overnight allowable pax for the : open gazebo is 10 pax maximum and open kubo is 4 pax maximum.
Note that: Overnight rates applies on open cottages with guest that has room accommodation only.

Reservation, Cancellation, and Refunds:
There will be no refunds for any cancellations. Rebooking is only allowed 7 days before your booked date.
All room accommodation payments must be settled at the reception upon check in.
In the event that the guests does not show up on the day of their booking or guests not informing us of their late check-in:
2 to 3hrs after 2pm, will be considered a “No-show” therefore, their reservation will be cancelled and their downpayment be forfeited and cannot be refunded.
Any cancellation received on your check-in date will incur a charge of 100% of the room rate reserved.
Payment made upon check-in will be forfeited in cases of cancellation and will not be refunded.
